Riyadh ul Jannah — “a garden from the gardens of Paradise”. Visits require a free appointment on Saudi Arabia's official Nusuk platform; here is the whole process, step by step.

Get the app
- 1Open the Google Play Store (Android) or Apple App Store (iPhone).
- 2Search for "Nusuk".
- 3Install and open the application.
Tip: Nusuk is the only official platform for Rawdah permits. Avoid third-party apps or paid 'agents' claiming to book slots for you. - 2
📝 Register a New Account
Create your visitor profile
Tap Register → select Visitor, then enter::Secure your account:Tip: Enter your name and passport details exactly as printed — they must match for permit verification at the gate. - 3
🔓 Log In
Access your account
Sign in
- 1Open the Nusuk app.
- 2Enter your registered email and password.
- 3Tap Login.
Tip: Stay logged in so you are ready the moment new slots are released. - 4
🕌 Access Rawdah Booking
Find the Rawdah service
From the Home screen, navigate to::For men
Select "Prayer in the Noble Rawdah (Men)".
For women
Select "Prayer in the Noble Rawdah (Women)".

👥 Select Visitor
Choose who is visiting
Add visitors
- 1Select your name.
- 2If family members are linked to your account, select them as well.
- 3Tap Continue.
Tip: Each visitor needs their own verified Nusuk account linked to their passport. - 6
📅 Choose Date and Time Slot
Pick an available slot
Booking the slot
- 1View the available calendar.
- 2Select your preferred date.
- 3Choose an available time slot.
- 4Green slots indicate availability.
- 5If no slots are available, check again later — new slots are released periodically.
Slots fill fast: Especially during peak seasons. Keep the app open and refresh often when new slots are released. - 7

Issue your permit
Confirm
- 1Review the booking details.
- 2Accept the Terms and Conditions.
- 3Tap Confirm or Issue Permit.
Digital permit generated: A permit with a QR code is created instantly. - 8

Check your permit details
Go to My Permits / Active Permits and verify::Tip: Screenshot your QR permit — network coverage inside Masjid an-Nabawi is often congested. - 9
🟢 Arrive at Masjid An-Nabawi
On the day of your visit
At the mosque
- 1Arrive at least 15–20 minutes before your scheduled time.
- 2Proceed to the designated Rawdah entry area.
- 3Keep your phone charged and internet enabled.
- 4Present your permit QR code for verification.
Tip: Men and women have separate visiting times and entry points — follow the gate shown on your permit.
