Terms of use

What Nusayr is

Nusayr is a listing and comparison platform. It is not a travel agency. Packages are created, priced and fulfilled by the independent travel agencies named on each listing. Your booking contract is with that agency, not with Nusayr, and Nusayr does not take payment from pilgrims.

Enquiries and what happens next

When you send an enquiry, Nusayr's team calls you to understand your plans and then connects you with the agency behind the package. Sending an enquiry creates no payment obligation and no booking. Anything you agree to, you agree with the agency.

Free for pilgrims

Nusayr does not charge pilgrims for browsing, enquiring or being connected with an agency.

Accuracy of listings

Agencies are responsible for keeping their package details current. Prices, dates, hotels and availability may change until the agency confirms your booking directly, so confirm everything in writing with the agency before you pay. See the cancellation and refund notes for what to ask.

Agency badges

The "Active agency" badge means the agency has an active account with Nusayr, which our team sets up. It is not a guarantee of the agency's licence status or service quality, and it is not a recommendation. Ask any agency for its licence and GSTIN details, and confirm what you are buying in writing, before you pay.

Your account

Logging in on the website requires only a mobile number: no code is sent and no password is set, so we cannot verify that the number belongs to you. Accounts are therefore not secure, and you should not treat your enquiry history as confidential. Do not enter a number that is not yours, and do not send enquiries in someone else's name. See the privacy policy for what this means for your data.

Giving

Where Nusayr features a cause, it does no more than introduce a donor to that cause. Nusayr never receives, holds or disburses your contribution; you give to the cause directly, on whatever terms it sets. We record your offer only so that someone can call you back about it.
