Terms of use

Nusayr is a listing and comparison platform. Packages are created, priced and fulfilled by the independent travel agencies named on each listing. Your booking contract is with that agency, not with Nusayr.

Accuracy. Agencies are responsible for keeping their package details current. Prices, dates, hotels and seat availability may change until the agency confirms your booking directly.

Free for pilgrims. Nusayr does not charge pilgrims for browsing, enquiring or being connected with an agency.

Verification.The ✓ Verified badge means the agency completed Nusayr's KYC checks. It is not a guarantee of service quality — always confirm details in writing with the agency before paying.

Your account. Logging in on the website requires only a mobile number: no code is sent and no password is set, so we cannot verify that the number belongs to you. Accounts are therefore not secure, and you should not treat your enquiry history as confidential. Do not enter a number that is not yours. See the privacy policy for what this means for your data.

Giving. Where Nusayr features a cause, it does no more than introduce a donor to that cause. Nusayr never receives, holds or disburses your contribution — you give to the cause directly, on whatever terms it sets. We record your offer only so that someone can call you back about it.
