Your booking contract is with the agency. Nusayr is a comparison and enquiry platform — payments, bookings, changes and cancellations are handled directly by the travel agency named on your package, under the terms they share with you before you pay.

Before you pay any advance, ask the agency for their cancellation terms in writing.Typical industry practice: visa fees become non-refundable once filed; flight refunds follow the airline's fare rules; hotel refunds depend on how close to travel you cancel. Get the specific percentages for your package.

Enquiries cost nothing. Sending an enquiry or showing interest on Nusayr creates no payment obligation and can be withdrawn any time from your account.
