How much does an Umrah package from India cost?

The price depends on the season, the hotels and how close they are to the Haram, the flights and how long you stay. Every package on Nusayr shows its full price and inclusions upfront, so you can compare like for like.

Is Nusayr a travel agency?

No. Nusayr is a comparison and enquiry service. We do not sell packages, set prices or take payments. The listed travel agencies run the trips, and you book and pay the agency directly.

How are the travel agencies on Nusayr chosen?

Only agencies with an active Nusayr account can list packages, and a package page shows an agency badge when that account is active. That is not a certification of the agency's licence or service, and Nusayr does not guarantee any agency. Ask for the licence and GSTIN details and the written terms before you pay.

Does Nusayr charge me anything?

No. Browsing packages and sending enquiries is free for pilgrims. You book and pay the agency directly, and Nusayr never handles your money.

What happens after I send an enquiry?

We call you first to understand your plans, then connect you with the agency behind the package, usually within a working day. Your number is shared only with that agency.

How do payments work? Can I pay in instalments?

You pay the agency directly. Payment schedules are set by each agency: usually an advance to confirm your booking and the balance before travel, and some agencies offer instalments. Ask for the payment schedule and cancellation terms in writing before you pay anything.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancellation terms are set by your agency and usually depend on how close to travel you cancel. Visa fees are often non-refundable once filed, and flights follow airline fare rules. Ask for the terms in writing before paying; our cancellation policy page lists what to check.
