Nusayr exists to replace that with something clearer: real packages, real hotels with their distance from the Haram, and real prices, listed openly so any family can compare and decide.
We are not a travel agency, and we never handle your money.

Nusayr is not
- A travel agency
- The seller of any package: each agency sets its own prices, dates and terms
- A handler of your money: you book and pay the agency directly
- A guarantor of any agency or its service
Prices, dates and inclusions are set by each agency and may change until the agency confirms your booking. Nusayr cannot book, change or cancel a trip for you, but you can still reach our team about your enquiry by callback or email. Our terms and cancellation notes explain this in full.
How it works
Step 1: Compare packages
Hotels with their distance from the Haram, dates, inclusions and full prices, nothing hidden.
Step 2: Send an enquiry
Log in with your mobile number and send a free enquiry. It reaches Nusayr and that agency, nobody else.
Step 3: We call, then the agency
We confirm your plans first, then the agency takes it from there, usually within a working day. Ask anything, negotiate, compare.
Step 4: Pay the agency directly
The agency sets the payment schedule, so get it in writing. Nusayr never touches your money.
Step 5: Travel prepared
The agency handles your visa and documents, and our guides cover what to expect at every stage.
How agencies are listed
Only agencies with an active Nusayr account can publish packages. The agency badge on a package shows that the account is active; it is not a certification of the agency's licence and not a guarantee of service quality, so ask for the licence details and for everything in writing before you pay.
