Airlines allow 23-30kg checked + 7kg cabin baggage for Umrah. Pack light — laundry services are cheap and widely available. Leave room for Zamzam (5L) and gifts on return.
Pro tip from Indian pilgrims: Buy a cheap duffle bag in Makkah/Madinah (SAR 30-50) for dirty laundry, Zamzam bottles, and extra shopping on the return journey.
