Dua of Ibrahim (AS) for righteous children

رَبِّ هَبْ لِي مِنَ الصَّالِحِينَ

Rabbi hab lee minas-saaliheen

My Lord, grant me (offspring) from the righteous.

For a righteous spouse and children

رَبَّنَا هَبْ لَنَا مِنْ أَزْوَاجِنَا وَذُرِّيَّاتِنَا قُرَّةَ أَعْيُنٍ وَاجْعَلْنَا لِلْمُتَّقِينَ إِمَامًا

Rabbanaa hab lanaa min azwaajinaa wa dhur-riyyaatinaa qurrata a'yunin waj-'alnaa lil-muttaqeena imaaman

Our Lord, grant us from our spouses and offspring the comfort of our eyes, and make us leaders of the God-fearing.

أُعِيذُكَ بِكَلِمَاتِ اللَّهِ التَّامَّةِ مِنْ كُلِّ شَيْطَانٍ وَهَامَّةٍ وَمِنْ كُلِّ عَيْنٍ لَامَّةٍ

U'eedhuka bikalimaat-illaahit-taammati min kulli shaytaanin wa haammatin wa min kulli 'aynin laammah

I seek protection for you in the perfect words of Allah from every devil, every poisonous creature, and every evil eye.
